I ran a 20,000 hit campaign and got great results. The hits actually happened as advertised so these were people that actually saw and became aware of our site directly. The profit from sales made that I can directly attribute to traffic from the campaign more than paid for the cost of the ad and the time involved to set up the appropriate web pages for the campaign. Our products are not real high profit margin but they are consumable and our customer retention is high. The volume of the traffic was fast and furious during the few days it took 4WebHits to deliver on the 20,000 hit campaign. This is good, of course, but be careful here. We were expecting the hits to occur over the full 30 days and it only took about 5 or 6. The traffic was unexpected at that pace and the server had a hard time (we have been a rather low traffic site up to now so we were running on a cheap host...we changed that!). As I stated earlier I consider that a good thing just prepare yourself for fast results in terms of the hits on your system.

Everything went as planned so there was little interaction to judge customer service by. 4WebHits delivered the campaign well within the 1 or 2 business days they say it takes to get started and there were no errors in the order.
